Embarrassing Moment...

Today we had a 4th of July bbq. Things were going well...food was good and the company was great! It all started in the living room. We were sitting around laughing and having a good time when Mr. Todd walked over to my mommy and told her that her boobies were "geysering" (don't think that's a real word). Needless to say, my mommy was extremely embarrassed but the group got a good laugh. It didn't hurt that there were 2 new mommies in the room and 2 very pregnant ladies (including Mr. Todd's wife, Miss Bonnie). We had a good laugh (at my mommy's expense) and some interesting conversations about leaking boobies! Oh yeah! My daddy thought it was so funny that he took a picture. It's a good thing my mommy has a sense of humor. :-)

Welcome Home Uncle Larry

Yesterday, Uncle Larry got home from deployment. We went to his house for a bbq and he got to meet me for the first time. I think he liked me. He said I was perfect! Oh yeah! I wore a special outfit (check it out) for his homecoming. Charmie bought this for me.

Dinner at the Kuchta's

Yesterday, my mommy and I went to the Kuchta's for dinner (daddy was working on the deck). We had a fantastic time! Can't you tell? Someone was holding me the entire time we were there. :-)

How to Post Videos on Your Blog

If you want to post videos to your blog, first you'll need to upload them to google video, http://video.google.com/. I have a gmail account so all I needed to do was sign in. Once you've uploaded the video, you'll have the option of copying the html code. Copy the html code and post it into your post (edit html view. The video should now play in the post on the blog.

If you want to post a video of pictures, this can be done through your Picasa Web albums, http://picasaweb.google.com. Select the album you wish to show as a slideshow. Choose embed slideshow (left side of screen). Copy the html code into the post (edit html view).

Yesterday, we went to Aunt Chris and Uncle Larry's house to borrow their truck (daddy's rebuilding and expanding our deck). Here are a couple of pictures that my mommy took. Uncle Larry will be home from deployment on Tuesday and I'll finally get to meet him! Yipee!!

The Cute Neighbor Girl's mother and nana sent me these beautiful gifts (pewter rattle and pewter dish)! They even had my initials engraved on them. Thank you!

Sweet Surrender

My first bath...

Well, after our walk, I was hot and sweaty so my daddy decided to give me my first bath. Mommy cleaned the kitchen sink and daddy took over from there. He's a great daddy!

Walk in the neighborhood...

My mommy and daddy finally realized that I love being outside...it doesn't matter that it's hot and humid. So, we went for a walk today in our neighborhood. I love being carried in my baby bjorn. Here are some pictures taken after our walk. Can you tell that I was super relaxed?

3 Week Doctor Visit

Today I had my 3 week doctor's visit. I now weigh 8 lbs 15.5 oz and I'm 20.5 inches long. I told you I like to eat!

Today, my daddy took us for a drive. We went through the drive-thru at Chick-fil-A and then visited a park. Here's a picture of my mommy and me "hanging out" in the back seat of the car while we ate lunch.

Mr. Craig came to visit...

My daddy's friend, Craig, just got home from a LONG deployment and he dropped by to see me. He also brought me a gift. Thanks Mr. Craig! I love the picture frame.

My new friend, Benjamin!

My friend Benjamin (and his parents) lost their electricity on Tuesday night. So, they came to our house and had dinner with us. Isn't Ben cute? I hope he likes older women. :-)

Ben sure sleeps alot! I guess that's what babies do. Isn't he sweet?
