Mystery friend...
To make a long story short, she and I am at a loss as to the "Amy" that is a regular here on the blog. Amy in my opinion is a popular friend name for Crackerz. When I scroll through her cell phone and ask her who some of the people listed are, she says, "you met her or him back when I was really hammered, she held my hair back when I was yacking or hooked me up with some really hot guy!" That is Crackerz for ya!! So Amy, tell me a great story about Crackerz, I am sure our daughter will get a chuckle over it when she is old enough!

New Belly Pics!

It's amazing how fast your body changes. Here I am, 25 weeks pregnant, and people still can't really tell. However, I guess that's not a bad thing. I have several weeks left to grow! :-)
I wasn't feeling too professional at work so I went shopping on Monday and picked up some dresses at Ann Taylor Loft (my favorite non-maternity store). I was in luck, they had 3 dresses for a pregnant lady to wear. This is one of them.

Valentine's Day 2007

My sweet husband surprised me with a Valentine's Day date to the Virginia Symphony to see Romeo loves Juliet. Thanks Nutz! I had a great time last night.
While we were there, we ran into our good friends, Bonnie and Todd. Bonnie surprised Todd with an evening out!

Cute Girl Clothes!
Dad-to-be
The Mommy Test
I was out walking with my 4 year old daughter. She picked up something off the ground and started to put it in her mouth. I took the item away from her and I asked her not to do that. "Why?" my daughter asked. "Because it's been on the ground, you don't know where it's been, it's dirty and probably has germs" I replied. At this point, my daughter looked at me with total admiration and asked, "Mommy, how do you know all this stuff? You are so smart."
I was thinking quickly. "All moms know this stuff. It's on the Mommy Test. You have to know it, or they don't let you be a Mommy." We walked along in silence for 2 or 3 minutes, but she was evidently pondering this new information. "OH...I get it!" she beamed, "So if you don't pass the test you have to be the daddy." "Exactly" I replied back with a big smile on my face.

A valentines day dream...
"Since Valentine's Day is for a Christian saint and we're Jewish (not really)," she asks, "will God get mad at me for giving someone a valentine?"
Crazy Crumb's father thinks a bit, then says "No, I don't think God would get mad. Who do you want to give a Valentine to?"
"Osama Bin Laden," she says. "Why Osama Bin Laden?" her father asks in shock.
"Well," she says, "I thought that if a little American Jewish girl could have enough love to give Osama a Valentine, he might start to think that maybe we're not all bad, and maybe start loving people a little bit.
And if other kids saw what I did and sent Valentines to Osama, he'd love everyone a lot. And then he'd start going all over the place to tell everyone how much he loved them and how he didn't hate anyone anymore."
Her father's heart swells and he looks at his daughter with new found pride.
"Crazy Crumbs, that's the most wonderful thing I've ever heard."
"I know," Crazy Crumbs says, "and once that gets him out in the open, the Marines could shoot the f****r."
Clothes!

Here it is, week 23 of my pregnancy, and Crazy Crumbs already has a closet full of clothes. :-) I can't help myself. Instead of shopping for shoes, I now shop for cute girl clothes. Okay...I still shop for shoes, too.
We've decided to make the guest room into a nursery which means Nutz will lose his "extra" closet. I've started hanging her clothes and they look so tiny next to his clothes. So, there's no hiding what I buy. :-)
Great OB!
New Belly Picture

Here I am...23 weeks and 5 days. Where does the time go? As you can tell, I still look like I've eaten too much bbq. Unless you know it, it's hard to tell that I'm pregnant!
I had a doctor's appointment last Tuesday and hadn't gained any weight for the month. I'm sure that had to do with the flu bug I had for 4 days. The doctor said that Crazy Crumbs is doing just fine!
