6 Weeks Old Today

Hi everyone! It's been six weeks since I was born. Can you believe it? Here's a picture that my mommy took this morning. We were sitting in front of our MAC while mommy was working. She's learning to do some serious multi-tasking.

Can you read my shirt? It says, Baby Corps. This is for my mommy's friend, Bobby, who's in the Marines.

Men and their babies...

Someone thought it'd be cute to have the daddies kiss their babies for a picture. Yes, that's a Budweiser in my Uncle Larry's arms.

"Let Them Be Little"

"Let Them Be Little"
LONESTAR

[Originally written and sung by Billy Dean]

I can remember when you fit in the palm of my hand
Felt so good in it, no bigger than a minute
How it amazes me, you're changing with every blink
Faster than a flower blooms they grow up all too soon

So let them be little 'cause they're only that way for a while
Give them hope, give them praise, give them love every day
Let them cry, let them giggle, let them sleep in the middle
Oh just let them be little

I've never felt so much in one little tender touch
I live for those kisses, prayers and your wishes
Now that you're teaching me things only a child can see
Every night while we're on our knees all I ask is please

Let them be little 'cause they're only that way for a while
Give them hope, give them praise, give them love every day
Let them cry, let them giggle, let them sleep in the middle
Oh just let them be little

So innocent, a precious soul, you turn around
It's time to let them go

So let them be little 'cause they're only that way for a while
Give them hope, give them praise, give them love every day
Let them cry, let them giggle, let them sleep in the middle
Oh just let them be little

Let them be little

My daddy's birthday party...

Well, his party was a success! We had pork tenderloin, au gratin potatoes, grilled vegetables and a salad. For dessert, my mommy made brownies and a pineapple upside down cake. To see the pictures, go to my web album.

I love to be outside so my mommy and daddy hung out with me on our hammock. I love them.

Preparing for hunting season...

Check out my hunting cap. I also have some camo outfits but my mommy needs to wash them before I can wear them.

Parenting 101

Our friend, Chris B. (a guy from Louisiana), sent these child-rearing pictures. Which one looks like Nutz and Crackerz?

The first three pictures are priceless!

Gotta love the beer drinking pic!

I think this shirt was made special for me!

Not too sure what to think of this picture!

I'm sure this is Nutz' favorite picture.

New pictures...

Here are some pictures that my mommy took yesterday. I'm getting so big!

Mommy goes back to work....

Today was my mommies first day back to work (from home, of course). She has a helper, Kaitlin, who comes over during the day to watch me so she can get her work done. Here's a picture of Kaitlin and me on the front porch (one of my favorite places).

Congrats Mike and Annette!

I talked to Annette this morning. They're expecting baby number 2 and she's due in January!

Congratulations!

NOTE: Picture taken at last year's Hog Fest (aka white trash party). They don't really look like this!! :-)

4th of July BBQ

We had a nice turnout for our 4th of July BBQ. It was the normal crowd with a few new people. If you want to see some pictures go to http://picasaweb.google.com/flcrackerz/July407.

Embarrassing Moment...

Today we had a 4th of July bbq. Things were going well...food was good and the company was great! It all started in the living room. We were sitting around laughing and having a good time when Mr. Todd walked over to my mommy and told her that her boobies were "geysering" (don't think that's a real word). Needless to say, my mommy was extremely embarrassed but the group got a good laugh. It didn't hurt that there were 2 new mommies in the room and 2 very pregnant ladies (including Mr. Todd's wife, Miss Bonnie). We had a good laugh (at my mommy's expense) and some interesting conversations about leaking boobies! Oh yeah! My daddy thought it was so funny that he took a picture. It's a good thing my mommy has a sense of humor. :-)

Welcome Home Uncle Larry

Yesterday, Uncle Larry got home from deployment. We went to his house for a bbq and he got to meet me for the first time. I think he liked me. He said I was perfect! Oh yeah! I wore a special outfit (check it out) for his homecoming. Charmie bought this for me.

Here's a picture of uncle Larry and aunt Chris.

Dinner at the Kuchta's

Yesterday, my mommy and I went to the Kuchta's for dinner (daddy was working on the deck). We had a fantastic time! Can't you tell? Someone was holding me the entire time we were there. :-)

Here are some pictures from our visit!
